Sisu allows you Follow any Key Driver Analyses to help you automatically monitor key Metrics for changes. You can choose to receive updates at a regular cadence (e.g. weekly) or setup conditions which when met will Alert you via an email notification.

To Follow an Analysis
- Access any Key Driver Analysis and click on the calendar icon to Schedule and Follow an Analysis
- Click on Follow to start following the analyses.
- The Analysis will automatically be enabled for Scheduled Runs. You can change the cadence (e.g. weekly or daily) of the schedule runs.
- Once enabled you will receive an email with a summary of the analysis every time the analysis finishes a scheduled run. Manually running an analysis will not trigger an email.
- Sisu will send one email containing all the analyses you are Following at the set time each day
- Note, you can also change the time of day for scheduled runs and the email being sent to you in the admin page. This applies to all analyses and users. We recommend setting scheduled run to be 3 hours before the email delivery time to ensure all analysis have finishes running before emails are sent for the given day.
- Set Conditions to receive notifications: You have the option to set specific conditions for when to receive email notifications about your analyses. Click on Set Conditions and then select one of the three threshold type options to define your condition to you liking:
The options and settings are as follows:
Absolute Value
The Notification will be triggered if the value of the metric is above or below the defined thresholds for the current period. (Note that this option does not compare the change in value vs. the previous period.)
Absolute Change
The Alert will be triggered if the value of the metric changes in the current time period vs. the previous time period increases or decreases more than the defined thresholds.
The metric is automatically compared to the previous time period defined by your overall analysis.
Percent Change
The Alert will be triggered if the percent change in the value of the metric in the current time period vs the previous time period increases or decreases more than the defined thresholds.
The metric is automatically compared to the previous time period defined by your overall analysis.
By default, the alert will be sent once per day, to the email address associated with your Sisu account. Other team members can receive the alert as well. Sisu evaluates the parameters of your Alert trigger and your defined thresholds each time the Analysis is run. Setting your Analysis to run automatically ensures that data will be captured for your Alert.
Subscribing other Team Member to an Analysis
To have other team members receive emails for the same analysis:
- Click on the Subscribe teammates option and select users to add by typing their email address or selecting from the dropdown list.
Note, you can only subscribe team members who have Sisu accounts. To add someone who does not have a Sisu account yet, please ask your admin to invite a new user first.
Stop Following or Unsubscribe from any Analyses
To stop receiving any emails or alerts:
- Access the same Schedule and Follow analysis menu and click on "Following". You will stop receiving emails for that analysis going forward.
